He hasn't been AWFUL, but he's missed 15 games with injury and is putting up about the same stats as last year except with an extra turnover and 51% shooting instead of 61%.
Well, at least Nene can come out and clear up once and for all if he would have signed with the Rockets, had the Stern veto not come down. He hinted as much, but it would be nice to get the official word, so that we can quit debating that topic on Clutchfans.
Finally have size in the 2 spot. Hopefully he can play some D. Their starting line-up looks pretty sweet now.
He doesn't have defensive skills but his size and length helps on that side. Good deal for the Clips who were in dire need of a proper 2-guard.
The fact that Morey was willing to pay nene max money shows how lucky rockets were that stern vetoed.
So the Clippers are getting a quality starting two for Brian Cook and a second rounder? Am I understanding this correctly?
LOL at the Clippers robbing the Wizards for Nick Young. Hopefully McGee enters Free agency and we can pick him up. I'm a big fan of McGee.
Clips don't really need scoring as they're a top offense team. They're defense is top 10 worst though. Nick Young doesn't have defensive skills.
He has great size, is a good catch-and-shoot player and has the athleticism to D-up when he wants to. At the very worst he's JR Smith II, which is worth way more than Cook and a second rounder.
