Every year is going to be like this until we get a high lottery pick which means you got to gut the team. Not good enough to get in the playoffs, not sorry enough to get a good pick in the draft.
The Rockets have been a winning organization under Morey. That actually seems to be something you complain about. You don't want them to be winning. He made trades that will help them win this year (slightly) and get to the playoffs. You don't like that either I guess.
