In 40 games playing roughly 20mins per Camby has mustard up

    9rebs & 1.5blk

Not too shabby especially when his $9mil comes off the books, you get one of the best post defenders in the game, where you wont lose anything when he comes in the game. He doesn't need plays ran for him unlike Kaman so he can fall right in & be of benefit. I like it.

They're in love with Morey. Any move he makes is a great move.

I think what's important is that we marginally improved this years team without giving UP any of our flexibility.

No, but our expirings can't play. Camby can.

Gives the rockets defensive versatility, a minor, but good, move.

We basically traded a 2nd rounder and some magic beans for Camby.

If he gives us some quality minutes off the bench this year, and possibly 2 decent Mutombo-esqe years after that (at a reasonable price), it will be worth it.

We got a contributor and didn't give up any flexibility. What's not to like?

How in the world is anyone voting no on this poll? The Rockets traded useless junk (and a second round pick lol) for a player who fills a major need, and said player has an expiring contract. There is absolutely no downside to this trade, and great upside.

I will give you that, but by being better this year....we lose our pick we sent to NJ.

More than likely, NY will make the playoffs in the weak East.

With cap flexability....no star will come here even for the max if they have to carry a team alone

In my initial gut reaction to this move I voted "no". I am changing it to "yes, but barely".

Since we were looking for a 1st for Flynn. Does that mean we traded a 1st and a 2nd for camby?

We are over the cap....Thabeet and Flynn is basically the same as Camby's 9 million. Salaries need to match. We don't gain anything except making the playoffs and staying in mediocrity when we lose picks and get owned by the Thunder

Wait...is this the same Camby that got 2 points and grabed 3 boards in 26 minutes last night's major fail?

The pick will be in to 40's

We simply buy a draft pick in the 30's literally every draft, so we gave up nothing really.
