You had me at Randy Marsh! Wasn't gonna watch it but if it's a Randy Marsh-centric episode then I'm on it.
Shoulda stuck to the put the seat up, women vs. men gag. Petered out after initial setup. Missed a good opportunity to really rag on the TSA and let Randy Marsh do his thing.
yea i agree.. i still found it to be a decent episode. Love the msg against the r****ded TSA that violates our privacy and rights. But totally agree .. wish they let Randy Marsh completely loose and do his thing. More Randy would have been awesome
South Park is still decent. It's not as awful as it got a while back but it's not great either. I don't think Matt and Trey just don't give a **** as much as they used to. That's why they have such a quick turn around time and only spend a week on each episode, from writing to animating to voice recording. They spend 7 weeks working on the show, take a break for 4 months, work on the show for 7 weeks, take a break for another 4 months and then start again. It's a schedule that works well if you're always tackling the most current events like they were a few years ago, but aside from that it just makes them rushed and unpolished. While most episodes don't completely suck anymore, I believe the ones we get could be a lot better if they didn't limit themselves to such a tight timeline. Even taking a month before the start of the season (or mid-season) to brainstorm, develop ideas, and get a jumpstart on the season. And if an idea came up or event happened where they needed to turn it around it a week, they'd still be able to do it. But as it is now, they're spending the minimum amount of time on the show that they can get away with and still put an episode on the air every week.
Brilliant episode. Wished they gave Randy Marsh more airtime but still great. How can you not love "Suance" and "By the power of Christ I sue you"!
Haha this south park we are talking about. They make fun of everyone. You don't think city wok is racist then? But then again I guess he isn't really Chinese. Portrayal of TSA was spot on. If you travel a lot thats exactly how they act and look. That's what's makes south park funny
