Which is exactly why he isn't being traded. Especially for an old Scola and Martin.

Time to swoop in and trade Lowry in a package for Deron. Even better for them that Lowry's injured, means the tank would be in full effect.

Wonder if there's any chance we can get both D-Will and Gasol.

The ETO waiver -- meaning Howard wouldn't opt out of his deal for next season -- is in Howard's possession in San Antonio, the person said.

Howard, however, has not yet returned the document signed, which the Magic need to protect their interests, the person said.

wow this is getting ridiculous. Howard needs to grow up and make a decision. Sign the paperwork and commit or shut the fu** up.

I'm beginning to think he just enjoys feeling like he is holding the entire league hostage.

I think that's what's likely happening here. He wanted to talk to his teammates..but that last tweet (if accurate) says he already has the form ready to fill out. Just a matter of getting it to front office.

If Howard doesn't sound the paper, and D-Will isn't traded or demands a trade, then it's clear there's a wink-wink deal in place.

Well he does have until tomorrow. Now if he told them he was in, and refuses to sign, FLAME ON.

    CLUTCHFANS!

Stop listening to [Player] and listen to the mood of the league.

Orlando still holds the cards and Dwight is looking out for himself with what he's saying (aka being selfish which has been his MO from the start). I don't take it seriously until that paperwork is signed. He didn't have to announce it, his agent could have had that paperwork signed last night, this morning, and even now in 15 minutes if he wanted to. So why hasn't anything been put on paper?

Because Dwight doesn't want LBJ fallout once he is traded and he knows he is about to be dealt once all the leaks about his NJ plan came out.

I don't trust this, and if ORL keeps him without that extension being signed then prepare for some excuse to cause him to go back on his word aka not winning a championship even though he tried as best he could.

This release may be effective in stopping teams from pursuing him as hard as they would have normally, he is really manipulating this system well and until he signs that paperwork, I think he's opting out and joining D Will in NJ.
