    Tyson Chandler was/is considered injury prone. The Thunder even rescinded a trade for him a few years ago because he failed a physical.

    Garnett has been awesome this year. His defense is insane, and really the only reason the Celtics are still floating.

    1. Erden is not on the Celtics.
    2. Pierce is always there when it matters. The guy is rarely injured.

    Paul Pierce missed 16 games from 2007-2008 to 2010-2011.

    The speculation is coming from you. Paul Pierce is and always has been a model of durability, much like his 36 year old counterpart Ray Allen.

    Ray Allen's conditioning is off the charts....
    It is not like Pierce is the player most in shape.....

    Well .... we assume he is durable... that does not make him any younger to go and get another title easily.... especially with Rose and Bron/Wade in the East.
