Good for Hump. Tired of only women getting their cut from males. They have everything figured out, down to the number of years you must stay married to get a maximum settlement in your favor. If we are in a so called equal opportunity society then Hump should get his as well as the "ladies" are getting theirs. Plus Kim knows she is wrong. She doesn't want a trial like that.
I'm backing Humph on this one. He became one of the top 5 most hated players in the NBA because Kim decided her marriage was a mistake AFTER the wedding. (yes its crazy how's women fans boosted him to the top 5). He really should get something for the hit to his reputation. Intentional emotional distress and slander or something like that.
Agreed. The guy needs to knock that big butted bimbo down a notch. He was blinded by his boner, what was her excuse? He might as well get some money for the crap she put him through. Heck, sue her for alimony, she probably makes more than he does anyways...
The PRE-NUP means he can't get anything. So its all probably moot anyway. Though looking at that as a "marriage" in the FIRST place messes up the perspective. It IS a gravy train. Since the whole thing was a BUSINESS MOVE for MAKING MONEY, Hump being a partner in that business setup does have SOME right to ask for more than what he got. She PROFITS out of loss of dignity, her rep is BUILT on that. Though Hump really is a douchehole, why should he get publicly beat up and have his name "slandered".
He's suing for his half of the proceeds of all the crap that went on, the pre-nup has nothing to do with that.
Maybe I am being sexist. But it feels wrong to ask for alimony as a man. He should, and does, make his own millions.
