Vince is number 32 on the NBA all time scoring list.

I feel like Vince Carter started this new age of athleticism that the NBA has today. He transformed the league, and IMO the greatest dunker of all time deserves a spot in the hall of fame.

    basketball HOF?

    Will be.

You can't just leave the best dunker plus a 20000 pt man out of basketball HOF.

No he is not, outside of scoring a lot (which a lot of players can do for a long time) and his dunks he didn't do much else. Tracy also does not deserve it and Iverson hell no.

Iverson will make it. MVP, Nba finals, scoring titles, making the Sixers relevant

HOF or not that guy was so fun to watch in Toronto.

He also has the best swag amongst all dunker in NBA history in my opinion. Nobody shows off after a dunk better than him.

    seriously, how old are you.

aren't there like 10 more franchises in the league vs the old era. More teams, more players, more dunks...even if those players were not good enough to play in a league with 150 less players, today we have Gerald Greens on 10-day contracts. And when did ESPN happen...1981. When did Sportscenter happen. Did we see 10 dunks of the night every night back before Sportscenter...much less youtube.

Let me ask you a question...when did the NCAA new age of athleticism happen?

    Julius Erving faints.

He truly is an inspiration to every chucker out there. You don't need to be efficient. Just let it fly as many times as you can.

Fastest player with the ball we have ever seen. The most guts of any small player ever...and equal guts to anyone player ever.

Watching him dribble into the lane was like watching an air hockey puck gliding around.

but yeah, I can see how some haters want to taint his love for the game by saying he only shot from the perimeter.

AI is a lock for HOF...deal with it.

The thing I remember most about Iverson- TOUGHNESS.

He is a first ballot shoe in. To think it is debatable makes you look like an idiot.

He was a one-man wrecking crew. How many "chuckers" can lead a team like AI did?
