You are getting ahead of yourself. Joe Johnson wouldn't be involved in any trade negotiations considering that he is one of their builidng blocks. The only reason Josh Smith would be expendable is due to the longstanding conflicts between Josh Smith and the Hawks. (Don't know all the details but this isn't the first time I hear his name in trade talks) Plus, adding Joe Johnson into mix would almost surely kill any deal. No one in the NBA would take that ridiculous contract.
