I sure hope your right, but Denver made it in the playoffs year after year just fine when Melo was their franchise player. The Knicks arent winning and losing on Melo's watch. Its the entire team not being able to play within Mike D's system correctly. Too many times all the other Knicks players just stand around and watch Melo take the shot with 4 seconds left on the clock. Thats not Melos fault and thats not Mike D's system. They will figure it out. They are professional basketball players.

the Bucks have a very easy schedule for March and April. Next 5 games are against the Knicks, Raptors, Nets, Cavs, and Warriors.
Knicks have a tough schedule the rest of the way. Next 8 games: Bucks, Philly (twice), Chicago, Portland, Indy (twice)
It was just a matter of time until the League made adjustments and Melo/Amare started dragging them down .... then the schedule caught up. The trade deadline should be telling for these clowns.
