Come on. Even you know who the superior coach is.

No AB to play like crap. A 7 footer that has been top 10 in blocks all season. Granted, we miss Chuck but Adelman is a HOF caliber coach. Mchale is a scrub coach.

 

having a REAL post bigman would have helped alot.

 

The Wolves was one of worst teams in the league last year but tonight they will rise to the 8th, replacing the Rockets. I know the addition of Rubio and D. Williams helps, but Adelman is a big part of their success.

 

The only bright spot in this loss is Chandler Parson's improvement. Consistent on defense, 3 steals, 19 points, and 6 of 8 free throws. He's a keeper.

 

He was sick, playing on the second night of a back to back on the road after an overtime game. Sheesh.

 

It is a new game now: "how low can you go?" Bottom is coming up fast. Can we catch the Hornets? That first draft pick is looking pretty good.

 

Chris Finch is on deck as the Rox HC bro, book it. He's waiting in the wings.

 

Exactly. AB was a huge problem and we had a lot more injuries last season. If Chuck hadn't gotten injured for that couple weeks we would have made the playoffs. Considering the improvement we showed to end last season, I firmly believe Rick Adelman would have us at 4th in the West right now. We have taken a huge step back under McFail.

They have a better lineup than we do and a winning coach guiding them. What do you expect? If you had Kevin Love, Rubio and Pekovic, would you trade them for Lowry,Martin,Scola? Exactly. Kevin Love alone is a superstar. They should have a far better record than us.

Can you please tell me why Rockets fired Adelman? Firing Adelman was not fair because he had a bad rosters that didnt have any star.

 

When was the last time he had double digit assists?? The overatting of lowry on this board is staggering...

 

Rockets lose back to back to Celtics and Raptors. Lakers lose back to back to the Pistons and Wizards. Fire Morey and Kupchak? At least we don't have a big three of Kobe,Gasol, and Bynum and lose to Detroit and Washington.

McHale: They got pin downs and seperation. They ran their offense....where they've struggled this year. We just didnt have any defensive focus for any long period. Our guys were a half step slow all night long. You gotta play harder than that. We're playing basketball. We're not doing 12 hour shifts in the mine. This is basketball. It's [supposed to be] fun. You gotta go out there and get after it. We were a half step slow. Could never get a stop. ... They played hard tonight. We were a step slow on most stuff we were doing. That caught up with us. They extended the lead. ... Chandler plays hard all the time. When you play hard, good things happen. ... We have not been good since the ASB. We gotta get our stuff together. Exactly. If you look carefully, my previous post was actually a response to someone who suggested Adelman was not better than Mchale. I was comparing the coaches, not the players.

 

Not so fast there. There is still hope come March 15th. After that day then you say if the team is truly in the playoff hunt or on track for the 14th pick once again. I will wait.

not dissing Adelman just pointing out that the roster is garbage and coaching only takes you so far. You can't say that This teams' record would be considerably better with Adelman here, you just can't.
