Because it looks like a pile shet in my personal unknowledgable opinion

It seems to be like endless pick and rolls and endless kick outs and then someone bails us out at the end and everyone's happy.

Rick is rolling in his grave right now in Minny

The offense I run with my AAU team is more complex than the Rockets, it is flat out HORRIBLE - JR. High level.

It relies too much on one guy - Lowry, and one on one skills....

Honestly, Morey may get fired eventually and it will probably be because he chose this horrible guy to coach.

    Master motivator my ass.

Simple. Kevin McHale isn't a head coach.

He didn't play Parsons in OT on Pierce. Horrible decision.

No flow of the offense. Horrible coaching.

Doesn't play Bud at all when we could have used his shooting. Horrible coaching,

And finally he doesn't play Martin in the 4th quarter and OT when we needed his offense. Once again horrible coaching.

I don't think McHale is the X's and O's guy. I think it may be Finch. Could be wrong, but I thought I read something about this not long ago.

I thought Chris Finch was implementing the Adelman offense

The offense is okay, but we don't have the players yet.

McHale said he'd be keeping Adelman's offense. Wtf happened with that, eh?

Our most efficient offensive player - who kills the Celtics - can't get off the bench, and then we have Morris who is also a highly skilled offensive player rotting there too.

I just don't get McHale, he is just lousy as a coach...good sound bite, no fricken clue.

You know how every team has a first option in offensive sets that gives you a easy layup or jumper, and if that breaks down, they have a secondary offense, and if that breaks down too they panic and do whatever the players feels and sees.

We run that third option as our first.

Actually, we have more than last season. And a 7 footer that protects the rim for the most part (a top 10 blocks guy).

I didn't say it was a great offense, but it's serviceable.

Its a very basic inside-out offense.

The three wings move the ball side to side, and pass the ball inside out. The post player should draw a double team and create open shots. That is in theory the offense McHale has built. Same offense the 80's Celtics teams used to run for years during the Bird/McHale/Parish years.

They still run some basic double down screens that Adelman used to run, and pick and roll with Lowry/Scola.

This is why Gasol is so heavily coveted by Morey. Having someone you can throw the ball to in the post will open up the entire offense dramatically. Going into training camp Scola was supposed to be the guy they relied on the majority of the time to do this, but teams really have scouted him much better this year, and started fronting him.

So whats the problem???.... No post threats to dump the ball to leads to jump shooters trying to make plays by driving the lane and it just looks ugly and is inneffective when you dont have a guy who can truely get in the paint to break down the defense.
