Ergonomic office chair

I was thinking a kneeling chair.

 

I'm going to have to say Aeron as well. I have one and it's the best chair I have ever had.

 

When I was having back trouble, I switched to a standing desk. It solved the problem. Now, I'm self employed and I work from home or wherever I want, so I'm not sure if you can set up a standing desk in your corporate environment, but I would recommend trying it.
