I could see us going somewhere with Lowry AND Gasol. I don't see this team going anywhere with just Gasol. A

At least with Lowry, we still have a future.

Granger is definitely overrated on this board.

Martin will play way better as 2nd option. but if there is a way to swing dragic, Scola, picks for Gasol I'd do it.

    Lowry
    Martin
    Parsons
    Gasol
    Dalembert

    would be very good

A Gasol, Bynum, Kobe Bryant core isn't a championship contender, so how are we possibly one without Kobe?

    Morey the Wizard lol

I completely agree with Martin being the perfect #2 scoring option. Thats what Morey originally planned on him being used next to Yao. If you can develop an inside out game that McHale has tried to institute from training camp, then your looking at a real nice inside/Out combo.

You obviously have to surround those two with tough, defensive minded players, but replacing Scola with Gasol immediately makes this team much much better defensively.

If they can move other players to not include Lowry, of course you do everything you can, but I feel that Gasol/Martin is a pretty good start. IMO, Id rather stick it out with Martin then pursue Granger.

That lineup WOULD be very good indeed but who would we give up besides just Scola?

I doubt Scola+ Lee and a 1st would be enough for the Lakers and I think that's giving up too much on our end.
