He played 14 min. and only guarded him on one possession. Im pretty certain there were a few other reasons he was in the game.

No kidding. I don't understand it. I would if we had some injury bug...but other than that...why...WHY give him minutes? He's gone. In no way is he a Rocket next season.

Trying to showcase one of their "assets" to trade at the upcoming deadline. Try to get something for the dead weight. Doubtful though.

That was my thinking as well, but then I don't think it will make much of a difference.

I wasn't impressed at all. His decision-making with the ball is awful.

Why do people keep saying 'showcase'?

How do you showcase someone who can't earn PT, wouldn't that be negative value?

    It's probably a showcase.

The biggest question is, why the hell do all Rocket players play so much better than they usually do when they are in for show case.

    Dorsey, Adrien and now T-Will.

this was his first game in how long? you can't expect the guy to just come in to the game and get 15 points 5 assists 5 rebounds.

You could see his skill. Morey said he was one of the best rebounders on this team. I'm guessing this was a reason he got PT tonight.

He was a mixed bag. When he was in, I worried. When he went out, I was relieved. It's not like I thought that consciously during the game, but when I saw this thread, I realized that was how I felt. Honestly, I wouldn't mind having him spend an entire season next year on our D-League team. I know that's impossible, and he'd have a nervous breakdown if that happened, anyway, but it might make something out of him. The guy is frustrating as hell. Have to give him credit for working hard. He just needs to work harder, longer, and not in games where the issue is in doubt. Williams should have been played while Lee was injured, IMO. Now is not the time.

With more playing time, he will start to knock down his shots. I thought he played pretty good overall, he was making some awesome passes.

If he plays well, then Morey probably hopes some team will take a flyer on him. And you know Morey is going to spin the truth. He recently said T-Will has been playing well but simply couldn't make the rotation with Parsons playing well. Didn't McHale recently say he's been practicing well?

I'm pretty positive the Rockets are doing whatever they can possible to boost his trade value.

I don't understand why Twill NEEDS the ball in his hands to run the offense. Why can't he get his points in the flow of the game? When he scored 5 in a row he went to full on Point Forward mode and tried to create for himself witch resulted in TO's and missed shots. Dragic repeatedly just gave him the ball and got out of the way. Even Lowry when he played with Twill just gave him the ball.

There are plenty of times the Offense fails and it's showtime, Iso time; look at what Lee was doing out there. I wish he would just let the PGs run the O and do what his position demands; he really doesn't have to bring up the ball all the damn time.

I was impressed with his court awareness- he made things happen. It seems like he's got a good feel for the game along with his teammate's skills, that quick pass back to Patterson esp.
He's not great, but I've just got a feeling he's going to be a good starter quality NBA player, a crtical piece to somebodys team. I don't want to see him never have a chance here, get let go, and then have to watch him provide for a good team. You just can't keep Martin, Lee, and T-Will on the same team, all three deserve good minutes.
