I agree. I've tried so hard to like King of Limbs but to no luck. A couple tracks off it aren't bad, but the album as a whole is disappointing. I'd gladly take another Kid A over KoL or (Amnesiac for that matter).
I'd be content with this setlist- http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/radiohead/2012/st-pete-times-forum-tampa-fl-73def24d.html Though if they could fit Paranoid Android, The National Anthem, and Fake Plastic Trees in there i'd be even happier. And just a little bit more OK Computer in general. I'm really just glad they are playing Idioteque this tour, I was scared I wouldn't get to hear that. The setlist in general has been better than I expected, I was thinking it'd be like the NYC shows they did last year, and that would have sucked.
We have GA tickets and are going to head down about 4. Ill go a couple hours early, but didn't have the desire to go real early. The cool thing so far is that they have played 23-24 songs each night. KOL+a big chunk of In rainbows. For a very long time they didn't really play Karma Police. Now they have played it (I think every show) It is a good song, but there are other off of OKC I would rather hear (Lucky or Let Down). They have been played Pyramind Song. I have never seen this live and would love to hear it. I hope for Fake Plastic Trees, but I will settle for Street Spirt to end the show. I really like Staircase and Identikit and am excited about hearing those.
Other Lives is opening at 7:30. Radiohead will probably be on around 8:30 to 8:45, i think thats about when the other shows have been starting
I've seen them three times, and they've closed with it three times. First time this tour they played it. You're welcome.
I have seen them four times after last night. Last night was great, but I do miss some of the old tracks that have given way to some of the more electronic stuff (IE mixamatosis off of HTTT). Nothing from The Bends as far as I remember. And no Staircase was dissapointing. Still a great set. The opening band was also solid.
