This team is not going to get on track with the current team im sorry to tell you. Scola has lost a step in his game. He lacks the quickness to create or drive in the paint. And im sorry but averaging a measly 5 rebounds a game for a player of his size at that position is just inexcusible especially when theirs point guards in the leagues averaging that.

    It's simple really,

    NO REBOUNDS = NO WINS.

The Rox have to improve in this area PERIOD. It can be done.

YOUR INSANE. Hes the glue holding this team together. Without his play and what he brings to the team, these rockets would be looking at joining new orleans in the deep abyss that is the western conference. I will say im tired of his driving to the lane and jumping in the air to make a pass, take a note from steve nash and all the premeir point guards they all keep their dribble alive inside the paint. Other than that he is the only thing that is consistant about the rockets.

Man can't believe the effort against a Nuggets team that is missing a lot of their key players. I don't want to over react after a lost but this team does need a trade and I hate saying that every damn year. I don't what Morey is working on, I just wish it would get done sooner than later.

Came across this googling 'trade' images (made me lol)
WASHINGTON—Lost amongst the frantic onslaught of deals leading up to today’s NBA trade deadline was the news that retired superstar Gary Payton is now for some inexplicable reason a member of the Washington Wizards. While nobody quite knows when it happened or which team even had the right to trade him, the fact remains that the nine-time All Star who hasn’t played in the league since 2007 will suit up for Wizards in their game against the Heat tomorrow night.

“Don’t get me wrong,” said Wizards GM Ernie Grunfeld, “Gary is a good acquisition. He’s a strong defensive player and can help mentor John Wall at the guard position. It’s just that I don’t have a ******* clue how we got him. I don’t remember his name coming up in any conversations I’ve had the past few days nor do I recall us giving any players up. Then again, these things can get confusing and tend to happen quickly, so it’s quite possible we made some deal for him. Whatever, it’s not like it makes a huge difference anyways.”

In the previous 3 games Scola grabbed 10 rebounds in each game while Dalembert had 4, 3, and 8.

Budinger had been grabbing a fair number of rebounds when he plays significant minutes but his lack of scoring is keeping him on the bench.

Your dumb.. look at the numbers my friend and it shows that lowry is a one of the top point guards in this league. Take your nonsense and over reactions somewhere else. we need logical and sane comments here please.

As the season goes down the stretch, the true playoff teams will go to the hole more and more, creating a physical war in the paint night after night where they can dominate non-playoff teams. This will continue against any team competing for playoff positioning with this group of players. There is NOTHING McHale can say or do to prevent it. This group does not have skilled enough big men. The best big man defender we have is Patrick Patterson....and he is the best by a mile. On a playoff contender, Patterson would be either the 3rd best or 2nd best defender.

Without a trade, this is going to be the common theme going down the stretch of the season.

    THIS TEAM

    AS CURRENTLY CONSTRUCTED

    IS A LOTTERY TEAM.

DREAMER.... ALL these rockets fans that think we are or even have a chance of getting these players are seriously kidding themselves and im pinching you now. SO WAKE UP. THIS is never going to happen, im sorry but we arent a city that is high on big name players list. we lack the bright lights and celebrity fans to bring those top tier players in. Its time to get realistic in our goals, and it starts with players like josh smith and a young talent like Mcgee in the offseason if we want to be serious about getting something.

lowry isnt overrated hes a top 10 pg , our problem is 2 things defense and rebounding , kevin martin and scola = bad defense and no box outs or rebounds we've been outrebounded in the last like 10 games its sad if we could rebound we wouldve destroyed toronto but cuz of second chance points we cnt compete thats why we need gasol hes a gd rebounder can box out and his length obviously helps , i just want scola traded so we never see him at center mchale is r****ded if something doesnt work do u keep doing it over n over hoping for it to work!?!!?!? they scored like 5 buckets at the basket in the last 5 mins and guess what no rim protecter

McHale is an idiot coach who will ensure that we do not make the playoffs. Why would he replace Dally with Luis when Denver were just torching us on the boards
