Didn't learn his lesson being married long enough to have a 17 year old kid... why in the world would you start over. The guy is around my age and I just don't know what the hell I could have in common with an 18 year old? Sex can only last so long before you have to talk and interact with her. She couldn't even have a margarita if we went out to eat mexican food.
My soon to be wife told me about this story in the car yesterday. She, no surpise, called him disgusting, a pig, and a perv. When I didn't join in with the name calling, she got mad at me. I had to say how bad of a person was to get her off my case, all the while thinking in my head 'good for him.' haha
lol, it's a bit harder to define because private schools are often nontraditional / alternative. Teachers don't have to be certified, there's a lot more part time teachers, etc. That doesn't make it any different morally but legally it makes it murky. I think as a matter of course public school teachers especially should be banned from any kind of inappropriate relationship with a student.
This is probably the dumbest thing I've heard in this thread. Who are you to play morality police? I met my gf when she was 19 and I was 29 and we are extremely happy together. Our families love each other and everything (it helps when you grow up in similar backgrounds). Just because something can go bad due to age difference doesn't meant it will. Let the two adults figure that out for themselves.

I normally would not reply to something so stupid but it the silence of the many who laugh off things like this- figuring 'a reply wouldn't even be worth my time' and it is people like the above who say such stupid things which has caused our countries citizens to lose so many civil liberties- the voice of a few idiots and the silence of the rational. Hey lets also place limits on sugar consumption because too many people are fat do you all not realize that freedom is about taking your own chosen risks??? I mean dammit, why don't we just let our government just choose our jobs, careers and everything for so none of us ever have to worry about making any mistakes
What's weird is that she looks attractive enough to have had her pick of the litter in school, even though teenage boys are actually better at judging social status and personality quirks than they get credit for. If she's bragging about cutting herself in health class, or walking down a hallway with her friends and just plops down and sits Indian style for no reason, high cheek bones and low body fat go out the window.

he is a predator and I see jailtime in his future. i admit glossing over the details but the emails and texts implicate him. of course the girl was manipulated.
maybe if the emails/texts are of sexual nature or if she sent him nudes or something..otherwise i dont see what they would charge him with
I am guessing his life at home wasn't great. His wife was probably not giving him the time of day, and this young girl is probably fawning over him showing him all this attention cause she doesn't know any better and he just took advantage of the situation.
