http://eventsnetwork.com/content/sx...teen-e-street-band-perform-intimate-sxsw-show "SXSW is extremely excited to announce that Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will be playing a special show in an intimate venue for SXSW attendees on Thursday evening, March 15th," organizers said in a statement.
Matthew Lilliard will be premiering his new movie adapted from a book I really like called, Fat Kid Rules the World. If anyone can find out more info of when and how I can go see it. Lemme know.
That would be completely awesome to see in a small venue. No chance in hell at getting in unless you know somebody.
I am one of the biggest Bruce fans there is. Saw him for the first time in 1978 at the Summit and have seen him about a dozen times since. That being said, I doubt I will ever see him again. Seeing him without Clarence Clemons will be too depressing.
That Google+ party with Two Gallants, Heartless Basterds, and the Shins would be awesome to see. Love Two Gallants.
One of my favorite local bands is playing a few concerts at SXSW. I might be volunteering at this one, check it out http://do512.com/c/sx2012/event/201...g-present-the-second-annual-matchbox-showcase
