Researchers create agile nano quadropters. Have them play music on real instruments. And have them fly in formation. Amazing stuff. http://whatsnext.blogs.cnn.com/2012/03/01/flying-robots-perform-james-bond-theme/?hpt=hp_bn6 <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/YQIMGV5vtd4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/_sUeGC-8dyk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Here's them building a wall. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/xvN9Ri1GmuY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Man, can they program nano quadroptors to seek out and destroy all the red ant hills in Texas. Or defend the perimeter of my house from mosquitos.
Weaponized? I was thinking we could get them to lift up Kate Upton's skirt. I think you could probably corral a herd of girls with them, too, then serenade them with quadropter music. Oh, and we might be able to program them to make us sandwiches and bring us beer.
