    all kidding aside this could have been tragic. i don't know if the safety vehicles are as safe as the race cars themselves, but it can't be good.

    After all these years, its just strange to not see Mark Martin in the 6... even stranger than not seeing Jr in the 8.

    Mark Martin hasn't been in the 6 since 2006 and Dale Jr. Hasn't been in the 8 since 2007. I think it's odd not seen Tony Stewart in the 20 but this is his 4th year in the 14.

    Oh yeah, I know. I've been watching NASCAR since 81. Its just something I've gotten used to. Good point on Stewart and the 20.

    It's gonna get hectic. If Jr doesn't win, I would like to see "The Biff" or Harvick win. Anyone, but boring ass Matt Kenseth.

    Did that change just this year? It always takes a couple of races to get used to who has switched cars/numbers.
