Which Version of iMovie would I need to install on this version of OS X What other good Movie/Video editors should I look into? Rocket River
JEEZ. You're still on 10.4.11? What are the specs of the computer you're running? If you're at least on a G4, we really need to get you running Leopard (10.5). On Leopard, you can use up to iLife '09, but that might change if you're running said G4. In that case, the best you could get is iMovie HD (which is nothing to sneeze at). Bear in mind that Apple does not sell old versions of software, and you can't just install it from someone else's restore disc. I'm sure you can find iLife '06 on Amazon, but it's likely expensive. I have extra installs from my iLife '09 Family Pack. I'd be more than willing to get that to you if I we can swing it. Also, check your email.
The download is no longer up for it. I would've agreed until iMovie '09 came and restored all the functionality of HD. iMovie '11 added even more; it's a heck of an entry-level editor now.
