    same ****

I guess a corporate fascist dictatorship would be less embarrassing since you would have no control for change- to be proven stupid by manipulative tactics in a fascist democracy is probably a bit more demeaning.

George Washington, without the declaration of congress, took troops into armed battle to quell the Whiskey Rebellion. Oh, by the way, George Washington was North America's largest whiskey distillery owner. Corporate fascist takeover, when?

And I wonder how our founding fathers would view Ron Paul's 20-plus-year political career seeing as how many of them viewed public service as a burden.

I also wonder how our founding fathers who supported the creation of a central bank and a strong central government would view Ron Paul's persistent claims to abolish the Federal Reserve, privatize road ways, cut wellfare spending, etc.

Hell I'm confused again. I was starting to get the whole two scary words thrown together to form a superscary word but now.....Three scary words. That makes it ultra-superscary.

Interesting stance, given that the great reformer, Ron Paul, supports the ability of corporations to spend their money on political contributions without restriction, which directly is connected to influence peddling.

you or I don't deny that Ron Paul's campaign has been saying this for weeks.
CNN or John King didn't repeat anything besides reiterating that Ron Paul's campaign has been saying this for weeks.

I keep saying over and over, you can't claim the "MSM" is out to get your guy and then twist a soundbite that shows CNN explaining how Ron Paul and his campaign are coming up with their numbers.

"Anderson, you hear a very consistent message from Ron Paul, he does make the point- he is second in delegates right now as we move on to a more crowded calendar. The big question before us is can he win a state and we will know much better on that front in 10 days or so Anderson."

THAT'S RON PAUL'S POINT- THAT HE IS SECOND IN DELEGATES. THAT IS NOT CNN ADMITTING OR REPEATING ANYTHING

Ron Paul is insane. He believes sex is immoral. Any Paul supporters who want to have sex without having a baby are immoral according to Ron Paul

did all the founding fathers support a central bank/strong central government?

"The central bank is an institution of the most deadly hostility existing against the Principles and form of our Constitution." - Thomas Jefferson

alexander hamilton supported a central bank and he ended up getting a cap in his ass courtesy of aaron burr.

I love how some posters lambast the mainstream media and then use Alex Jones and infowars as their source of information.

Haha. It comes down if you believe an unborn human is just that - a human. Liberals are just too sick and heartless to understand that.

Many religious leaders from a wide range of religions of sexual acts can be immoral. Just like when you pork your mom every Wednesday.

Here is a Buddhist understanding for example: http://dharma.ncf.ca/introduction/precepts/precept-3.html

Don't worry, Ron Paul is not looking to use government to people from having sex. Everyone knows it. You fear mongering is weak. Once again Liberals show themselves to be the disgusting lairs that they are.

If he believes that who cares? He would never support any legislation would put the government in our bedroom. He is religious, but he's not going to put the Bible before the constitution.

    Lair is not a typo

What you really need to fix is your pigeonholing of people.

Some liberals lie or are uniformed... some conservatives lie or are uninformed. Politics is dirty in general and people need to learn how to sniff out the BS.

Ron basically leans on the excuse of State's Rights to justify all kinds of wacky, backwards, religiously motivated mandates.

The Constitution is a fine document, but it isn't holy scripture and infallible. As much as he wants it to be. He really ought to be a judge, and not a Congressman. He does a good job of interpreting the Constitution, but he lacks any kind of sensibility and practicality when it comes to legislating.

What is a bigger infringement on a person's right to personal privacy: TSA patdown or transvaginal ultrasound?

The Founding Fathers envisioned a robustly Christian yet religiously tolerant America, with churches serving as vital institutions that would eclipse the state in importance. — Ron Paul

How is the church eclipsing the state not putting the bible before the constitution?

And do you know context of that quote? I'm pretty sure it has to do with providing public services.

What was it that Tocqueville praised about the USA again?

What is disgusting is Ron Paul thinking Sex for anything other than reproduction is immoral. I can assure it isn't.

I'm not trying to pry into anyone's religion. My mother is dead, and was a pastor of a Christian church before she died. Your comments are so ridiculous and silly. There is a reason why not even liltexxx will stand up and say a positive word for you. Think about that and why that's the case.
