    The Houston Rockets need better scouting.
    nbadraft.net has the Rockets drafting a player in the 2nd round that has no birthday! or at least birthday "unknown" for bad scouting reasons. However, he has a great smile and likes to party.

    i dont know if they've scouted for the draft yet. also draft boards change so much. wait till after the tournament and after the draft workouts.
