We are just a few months away from a valiant re-release. I was never really into comic books, but for some reason the valiant universe always appealed to me. It was a new universe that I could grow with.

I'm hoping that they will also bring back some Defiant titles: Warriors of Plasm.

I know it probably won't be like it was before, with new titles and new characters every few months, but I am excited for this, to see the new blood again.

Anybody else looking forward to this?

Actually quite a few of the early ones that were going for big bucks in the 90s fetch a pretty penny today ebay. Here are some to check for

    Harbinger 1 with coupon - $40-50
    Bloodshot 0 platinum - $1000+
    Unity 0 red - $50
    Rai 3 & 4 - $20-30
    Magnus 0 - $20-30
    Harbinger 0 pink - $50
    etc

There's more but you get the idea

That platinum version is the error foil cover, which is so rare that only made 12 are known to exist and the general public probably didn't get a chance to buy it, the comic shop cherry picked it before it hit the shelves. Now they might have sold it for a higher dollar amount back then.

But overall you are right there are several books that are worth money, not sure what this guy is saying.

Well I think I have #1 issues of turok shadowman xomanofwar and solar man of atom along with quite a few others and looked and thought they were not worth much.

There was something about the style of them that was different and I liked

yeah... i have xo manowar #1 also along with other titles. valiant was mostly what i collected back in the day. i still am proud of my solar man of the atom #10 jet black cover. iirc, it was the first appearance of the eternal warrior. anyhow glad to see valiant bringing xo back.

btw... they were supposed to be making harbinger into a movie some time ago, but haven't heard anything regarding it in a couple of years. google time.
