yep. i tweeted you a month ago about this. not worth losing my limited time only 4 gigs for 2.
Forgot to update. Yeah, it came back for me about 10 minutes after I posted that. Apparently, it's still affecting a lot of other customers though in other parts of the U.S
I wish I had Verizon 4G LTE I wouldn't mind an outage every now and then. It'd still be better than damn T-Mobile.
I must have a messed up one, it's the worst phone I've ever had. Dave can vouch for me on this one, every time I go to a sports arena in Houston it doesn't work at all (unless the arena is empty. When I get to Toyota Center early enough, it'll work but be slow as hell). I won't even catch Edge. Also, the phone overheats and the battery dies incredibly fast. It'll be at 100% when I walk into Toyota Center, and be around 60% when I leave without using it at all. It's even worse at Reliant. My browser (Dolphin HD) crashes all the time, and the phone randomly resets when I press the home button. Just recently it started taking forever to turn on. I gotta press the button on top like 4 or 5 times for the screen to turn on. No more HTC for me.
Oh man, that sounds bad. I think T-Mobile just has bad signal because here in my house my mom uses her Sensation and when she goes downstairs, she has no service. Your battery will drain super quickly when your phone is constantly looking for a data or cell signal . As far as the overheating goes and crashes, sounds like the OS may be corrupted A lot of T-mobile phones get corrupted operating systems when they download new OTA (over the air) updates because those updates download over their spotty 3G or EDGE connections. Since the Sensation is less than a year old, I'd definitely hit up T-mobile (Call their support line) since you're still covered under the one year manufacturer warranty and have them send you a replacement. If they refuse for some odd reason, threaten to cancel lol. When I had T-mobile, if you ever wanted something done, I would just threaten to cancel . They need the customers
