This is what's in Lin's head http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zExrVyTX_aw <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/zExrVyTX_aw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I copied this from AskMen. Just a funny dialogue. Enjoy. Last night, Carmelo Anthony rejoined the New York Knicks, a team that has re-emerged as a power thanks to the antics of the previously unheralded point guard Jeremy Lin. Since becoming the Knicks’ starting point guard, the Harvard grad and D league castoff has ignited an international media frenzy, while getting a championship-starved fan base to drool from the mouth at what’s fast becoming one of the greatest underdog stories in the history of professional sports. But with the notoriously selfish Anthony eager to make an impact, many have wondered if New York’s old superstar can coexist with its new one. Despite last night’s loss to the Nets, the jury is still out. We think it must have been kind of awkward for Anthony to return to Linsanity, so here we imagine what their conversation would have been like before yesterday's game. Carmelo: Yo, Jeremy. Where is everyone? Jeremy: We’re early, I guess. How’s the groin? Carmelo: Feeling good man, feeling good. Today’s definitely the day. I’m excited to get out there. Jeremy: That’s good news, Melo. Carmelo: Call me Carmelo. Jeremy: That’s good news, Carmelo. We’re excited to have you back. Carmelo: Listen, man, I wanted to personally thank you for carrying the load while I was out. You did good. The city loves you. Jeremy: Yeah, these last couple weeks have been pretty crazy. Derek Jeter called me last night. Carmelo: Derek called you? Jeremy: Yeah, just to welcome me to the brotherhood, and to remind me that us winners have to look out for each other in this town. Carmelo: Oh, yeah, of course [laughs nervously]. He called me too when I was traded here last year. Jeremy: Yeah, and that welcome dinner at Mayor Bloomberg’s house! How intense was that? Carmelo: You got invited to mayor -- I mean, yeah! So intense! Jeremy: Anyways, I’m just trying to stay focused on winning, despite how Linsane everything’s been. Carmelo: Things have definitely been Linsane around here. But Melo’s back now, so things can go back to being Carmelawesome. Jeremy: I’ve never heard that one before, Carmelo. Did you just invent that yourself? Carmelo: No, I didn’t just invent that, it existed before. You just never heard about it, I guess. With all due respect, Jeremy, this is my team. In case you forgot, I’m a five-time all star, a gold medal winner, and I’m married to the La La Vasquez, of La La’s Full Court Wedding fame. Jeremy: With all due respect, Carmelo, the Knicks were losing with you in the lineup, and have been Linning ever since I took the reins. I don’t see why we can’t coexist. Carmelo: ...co...exist? Jeremy: Yeah! Let our strengths complement one another. I’m a passer, and you’re a scorer. So if you get open, I can pass you the ball and you can shoot it. You know, like in a basketball game. Carmelo: I don’t have to pass back? Jeremy: Not if you have an open shot! Carmelo: So I can still be a star? Jeremy: We can both be stars. Carmelo: What about Amare? Jeremy: He can be our Chris Bosh. Carmelo: Can I come to Mayor Bloomberg’s house with you sometime? Jeremy: Of course you can, Carmelo. Of course you can. Carmelo: Hey, Jeremy -- call me ‘Melo .
Actually it was Michael Jordan. He said in an interview that he watched all of Jordan's games and would try to copy his moves in the backyard after watching tape.
Did you watch the game? D-Will dropped threes on nearly everyone. Lol at the random jackasses that pop out of nowhere to hate on Lin the moment he gets outplayed.
Not peed on, but at least note that he shot 39% that game. At least he cut the turnovers down though.
og he definitely got outplayed byu dwill...but for the other guy to say he got peed on was just ridiculous
Exactly. Considering how they just lost to the lowly nets, their schedule isn't exactly a cake walk. Coupled that with the fact that we don't know how guys like Melo and JR Smith will effect the team chemistry. So yea, anything can happen. Here's to Melo being the cancer that he is!

has anyone noticed that he can actually shoot? in the last few games, he is hitting a lot of his jumpers..most of them contested. and its only going to improve...scary thought.
I was too busy watching the Rockets game. And since when did stating facts become hating? I like Lin.
Lin's off season training at Sparta Performance added 12lbs, increase vertical 3.5 inches etc - it sure helped http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ucApVmfE89s
He had a shooting coach. And the guy said Jeremy Lin was the best shooter he has trained, and was shooting over 70% of his threes in catch and shoot drills
yea i read that too...but i remember people doubting his shooting abilities during this streak and was wondering if people have changed their opinions cuz it seems like hes hitting every jumper.
