John McLain is sitting in front of me on the flight to Indy right now

Depends on the length of the flight.

 

International flights? Definitely NOT overrated, not amazing or anything. But it's a huge difference from being squashed next to some 300 pound guy in economy.

 

Weird, business class usually at your own pop-up screen from the center console... at least on Lufthansa and Continental. I'd think first class would at least be as good, if not better. Odd that the screen is attached to the seat like on some larger plane economy classes.

What cheap airline was this?

P.S. - About 2 years ago, I saw Von Wafer in business on a flight to Frankfurt. It was pretty cool. That was when he was playing in Europe.

 

McClain wears the same thing everyday! I saw him during all three of my Texan road trips and on the flight there and back everytime he wore a black jacket thing and black pants... I don't think he changes...EVER

 

Should've asked him how many times he goes to the gym every week.

I like that he brags about being able to buy first class tickets, but he can't afford a phone with a camera on it that doesn't take a clear back-of-the-head shot of a locally reviled reporter. It looks like grainy footage from the Zapruder film. Maybe the subject matter makes a difference. Maybe if it were Trevor Cobb on his way to Indianapolis for the 2012 Regional Hosiery Salesman Convention, we'd have gotten something worthy of a Pulitzer, reminiscent of the returning sailor leaning back his girl and giving her a kiss in Times Square.

Although, I doubt Cobb is in first class, so maybe not.

Talk to him. He was in my class at UH on Monday. Real cool dude. Loves questions, he even said so himself. I could have talked to him for hours longer

 

It's one thing to crap on bigtexx while he's being stupid. but in this thread, he snapped a couple photos - yes crappy - and relayed some info, even if limited.

who cares what airline he's flying (he's on a flight from Houston to Indy, not to Dubai - I've seen first class on many many domestic short-flight routes that don't have any screens), or that he has a smart phone with a crappy camera. Just because you have money (not saying he does or doesn't) or fly first class doesn't mean you shoudl drop everything to get the newest, greatest smart phone everytime it comes out.

I ran into him in a restaurant in Montrose about a month ago. It is a healthy food/salad place. Spent my whole lunch hour wondering what he was doing there and why he wasn't eating a 3 foot long burrito for lunch. MFer is humongous.

All true. However, if people stop making fun of him, the boards will fall into anarchy. Between just giving him props and moving along and risking anarchy, or making fun of his camera and bald spot phots, I'm sure you understand which is the preferable option.

 

He is actually shooting a movie called "Spring Breakers" in Florida this year.

He said he is a judge standing in front of bikini clad women who got into trouble. He is quite thrilled about his part to say the least.
