I've been having fun in this thread but we all just want the Texans to win! I do think you are bat****-crazy though

i don't understand....he isn't supposed to be capable of throwing the ball 10 yards!! oh well, i'm sure he will just get worse and worse between now and september. good luck to the sucker who takes a chance on that washed up noodle arm.
What happens to him the first time he takes a hit of any sort? Yeah I understand it's Peyton and he takes very few sacks, but it doesn't matter, everyone has a game plan until they get hit in the mouth.
Nothing. As the doctor said, Peyton's neck is secure enough that he would tell his own son to play. The fusion was successful, and plenty of players have returned from it. The only issue is whether he can rebuild strength in his throwing arm. That's what this comes down to. Has nothing to do with taking a hit.
The same thing that happens when he's taken hits over his career. There is going to be one lucky SOB team out there.
http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/7653897/sources-indianapolis-colts-part-peyton-manning-wednesday Door is open to a Texan arrival! Drop Matt and let's get Manning in here!
I'm sure he wants to... we're the #1 destination if he wants to win another title. Kubiak probably doesn't want him though. Too loyal to Schaub
He can want to come here all he wants, but he won't be playing for the Texans. Nobody knows Peyton's health situation so why risk it?
keep thinking that. just because you don't know his health situation doesn't mean the teams who run NFL franchises for a living don't. fyi, trent dilfer just said he's close to 100%. and there are 6 months before the NFL season starts. much like how the rockets aren't going to win the championship this year because stern didn't allow morey to trade for pau gasol, homers on here will continue to say throughout the season, no matter how great manning is, that it would have been stupid to sign him because "nobody knew his health situation".
