Well my question to you had nothing to do with him venting. I know we have had legends in our teams history and I'm not comparing Tmac to them. I'm just saying the way you view him makes no sense. You give him all the blame and very little credit! The fact that you won't answer the question shows that you even know your logic is ****!

What credit do you want me to give him?

A MVP? A finals MVP? DPOY? A championship ring? his number retired at Toyota Center? Toyota Center crowd cheering wildly when he returns as a former player?

Sorry. I have no control over those credits. He had some good moments in the regular season and post season. does that make you happy now?

There are bunch of great posters here who are Rockets fans. Here's a thread where you get to see some credit:

The odd thing about this is that Marvin Williams has asked for a trade, too.

Drew needs to manage his players better.

I'm just saying, your so quick to blame every playoff loss on him. And then when the poster earlier brought up the 22 game streak, you push Tmac aside and give all the credit to Rick adelman. It doesn't work that way, if you wanna put the majority of the blame on him then you have to give him the majority of the credit.

I don't believe the Tmac deserves all the credit for the success of those teams, in relation I also do not give him the majority of the blame for the playoff losses.

The earlier poster is a fervent TOF and will post extreme and false views.

You don't have to blame him or credit him for anything. The Rockets got rid of him and he didn't want to be back. It was mutual.

I saw all those playoff series dude. Game 7 vs Utah, Game 7 vs Mavericks..

That wasn't the next Clutch City dude.

I also saw the Rockets beat Portland and play the Lakers tough. That playoff year was much better in my opinion.

One could probably go back the last 8 years and find an article discussing some rift between McGrady and his coach or front office each season. Such a high maintenance player.

Well that team was better overall for many reasons, mainly Ron Artest. I think most would agree that a healthy Tmac would've gotten us to the finals. But that's a topic for another day.

I get your point for the most part, though I may disagree.

That's purely speculation based on your belief that is not based on any of Tracy McGrady's true history in the NBA.

For Example: Kobe, Shaq, Tim Duncan, LeBron, and a long list of players who have done it. You can safely say their odds of making it again are astronomically higher than Tracy's.

You are predicting a player who has never gotten out of the first round with any team reaching the NBA finals.

Also you contradict yourself, a healthy Tmac. We had a healthy Tmac against Dallas and Utah, we lost those series.

Orlando had a healthy Tmac, so did Toronto.

"he would have taken us to the Finals and we would have won and he would win MVP"..
That did happen for the Rockets. However, you got the name wrong. It's Olajuwon who did that.

Of course it's speculation, any "what if" is speculation!

But there you are blaming Tmac alone for those losses! That Dallas series was a joke that we deserved to win, it was also a team that had Scott padgett, Bob Sura, and jim jackson in the starting lineup!

The Orlando team was complete ****! And the Toronto team was before Tmac was a legit star.

The 08/09 team would have been te most talent/best team that Tmac had ever played with in his career, that where I base my speculation.

And for the last time, IM NOT COMPARING him to Hakeem! Nobody is! This is why you have no credibility when it comes to today's NBA, you can't not bring up the 90's teams!

Everyone notice how he doesn't address all the points I just owned him with!

You're telling me a ref goes to prison because of how he reffed this series and you're gonna blame Tracy McGrady!?

that was the year the Rockets were tired of his crap.

Rockets coach not happy, says first he heard McGrady news was through press

As of this afternoon, Rockets guard Tracy McGrady has reached out to ESPN's Stephen A. Smith to tell the whole world that he's out and will be getting microfracture surgery on his knee, and followed that up by posting on his personal website the same thing -- his season is over.

Yet a few months before, he said he was back

T-Mac says he feels back to old self
McGrady knows fans are frustrated, but says his conditioning has returned

His employer? They have yet to receive a phone call.

Did Tracy McGrady win any playoff series with the Rockets?

Did he win any MVPs with the Rockets?

Bad calls happen all the time. Apparently you don't much about Rockets history , but history doesn't make exceptions for Tracy McGrady or anybody else.

But you guys seem to think so.

"McGrady didn’t play after halftime against the Blazers. He didn’t dress for Atlanta’s 101-99 victory at Phoenix Thursday but said it was his decision to rest for the second game of a back-to-back."

Tmac, your days of entitlement are over.
How you gonna b**** about playing time one game and sit yourself out the next?!
