    Completely agree.

Supposedly its his back which he injured near the end of last year thats been limiting his play. Its kind of strange watching someone who use to dunk over everyone in the paint getting continually and repeatedly rejected at the rim.

I know Blake Griffin is an amazing in game finisher/dunker, but I think prime Amare was even better at it.

Thank god for Melo lol. Anyway Melo's indirectly making the team worse, because he can't shoot open 3s and provide spacing he's clogging the paint and making it hard for Lin and Amare to do damage inside. If Melo was DNP I bet Lin would have had a much better game, and would probably score 38 pts and outduel Williams (who's become a bad defender).

They play the Heat soon, that's going to be a good barometer for the Knicks.

They didn't get Novak involved much in the game, they need him to get hot.

Don't think Novak's shot was there tonight.

iman shumpert is the x-factor. he is a very underrated defender; easily one of the best on-ball defenders in the game. he reminds me of a young ron artest with less strength but more athleticism.

his absence was sorely missed tonight.

Lin needs to be more of a facilitator now.

You said that last page. If you saw the game you would know that no one was making their shots. Stat was settling for jumpshots instead of driving and Melo got some wide open layups but missed because he was so rusty. Shooters off the bench were off despite good looks.

Lin didn't play good defense, but that may have been Deron Williams just being on a hot streak.

It was a combination of both. He had a hard time slipping the screens but D-Will was draining it all over everybody, he couldn't be stopped. A couple of these And-1 3pt shots were absolutely horrible calls with him snapping his head back on the shot every time. They stopped calling it in the 4th.

Lin has 13 points on 6 shots. Very nice.
7 Assists to 1 turnover even nicer.

This entire Knick team is on fire, except for Melo and Amar'e.
Just horrible; both have more shot attempts than points.

NY is ballin' right now. Melo grabbing offensive boards and giving assists while Lin and Fields scoring from everywhere. Not a good sign, for our pick.

    Yeah. Carmelo sucks.
    Needs to defer to Lin.

it's basically garbage time, it shouldn't be so hard for him.

whenever he gets back to being a good wing scorer, the knicks will really be good. right now, i think he's just trying too hard.

hey, who's that guy on atlanta's bench complaining about playing time? was it jerry stackhouse?

Carmelo needs to stop dominating the ball and become a Kevin Durant type of player. Come off screens and stop acting like Kobe-lite.

That's really his only problem ever since he came to NYK.
And yeah Tracy is not doing that bad. 3-5 for 6 points is average, but its not terrible.

D'antoni want Lin and Melo develop some chemistry while having a big lead. Kinda obvious.

Why does Jeff Teague (ATL's Starting PG) have 0 assists?
