Here's some stats for you. ORtg and DRtg: Kevin Martin- 113 and 107 James Harden- 125 and 105 Eric Gordon- 112 and 112 (Last years numbers) Manu Ginobili- 116 and 105 (Last years numbers)
KMArt had a 4 game slump and STILL only trails Harden by 12 points. Like I said before, Martin can make that up in two games at the most. Might only need one.

Just turned on 104 KRBE. Kevin Martin was "throwin mad love in the general direction of" Bumpy G for simplfying all of his accomplishments into a 90 second rap.
Whats the difference between "advance" stats and regular stats? If someone knows what "advanced" stats are, does that automatically make them more knowledgeable of the game of basketball than someone who doesn`t? Does that make Darryl Morey a better GM than let`s say, Jerry West?
This is what RowdyRicky said. This was your response. Your first mistake was to assume the Rockets would prefer Harden over Martin. The problem is, Martin may likely be moving soon and there is no way the Thunder would ever trade Harden for him straight up. Your next mistake was to assume that ORtg was total points on the year. It should be fairly obvious at this point in the year to anyone that has watched the Rockets that Kevin Martin has scored more than 113 points this year. ORtg accounts for points per 100 possessions. Harden is clearly ahead of Martin. If you want to look at base level statistics to help you understand, Harden scores about the same as Martin on a much better efficiency. Harden takes less shots and produces the same. ORtg allows us to see what each player would do per 100 possessions. Again Harden has a clear advantage right now both offensively and defensively. I don't even have to mention his passing and rebounding are far superior to Martin. If you are trying to make an underhanded comment about the way that Morey does things, you need to be reminded of the fact that he brought Kevin Martin in to begin with. In any case, any GM in the league would look at base level advanced stats such as ORtg, DRtg not just Morey.
