Catering options are in. I think the Tex - Mex option will win. Dave2000 recommends that for most bang for the buck, as well. The brisket option is pretty much vetoed, since Behad is doing that menu the day before, and his brisket would embarrass Les's caterers. Here they are...and no, you can't mix and match. Tex Mex, definitely the best of the bunch. How about we post a schedule with the times and locations of each of the events? Pugs
Anyone? Im itchy to buy some group coordinated tickets!!! Wanna meet and put a face to the monikers!! I've already bought tickets for the BIG D package if anyone else has gotten those as well!!
i would get in touch with heyp or dave2000 to see if there are any available seats left in the suites i believe its all spoken for (but dont quote me on that) but if someone doesnt pay up or something maybe there could be a waiting list?
Next Item on the Agenda Parking Passes We either have 5 or 6. I'm going to do this based on who paid first. Behad and Smeggy will likely share one. Pugs requested one, correct? My +1. Although he probably doesn't care. Who needs one?
As far as meeting up, I'm thinking Buffalo Wild Wings in midtown since its only like 10 mins away from TC at around 5pm then leave by 6:15pm? On Sunday, I was thinking Flying Saucer at around 330pm then head to stadium round 430pm so we have a hour to hangout at the suite before the game. I'd take a pass if no one has claim, more than likely Kam and a few others can cram onto one car and go in at the same time.
i'll be renting a car and driving to austin right after the game so i know i didnt pay till later but i'd like one so it'll be easier for me to get out instead of trying to find my car somewhere and then go from there. l dont want to redo the whole pushing your car down the street around downtown again.
Sure, you got one. Hey, I found out later what happened to my car. Some dick (and I do know who) a month prior sabotaged me by disconnecting my ground cable at the frame under the engine where I couldn't see it, so the battery couldn't keep a charge. sry about that. haha!
actually total brain fart i dont need one on sunday i'll be leaving for austin after friday's game but i'll be back in houston well before the start of the hangout phase at flying saucer sunday. if the pass is up for grabs though i'll take it but its not a pressing need for me to have it thats all
If I don't get a parking pass, I really don't mind at all. I always park around the TC anyways and will find a space somewheres. If there is any left I'll take one, otherwise I don't mind passing it up for someone who really wants to park in the garage.
Friday - Buffalo Wild Wings midtown at 5pm till 6:15 or so, then game. Saturday - Private gathering in the afternoon, then an open invitation for all ClutchFans at Main Event in Webster beginning at 7pm. Sunday - Flying Saucer at 3:30, then head to the game at 4:30 or so for a "suite" party. Does this sound agreeable to all?
