150 years is miniscule in the context of an entire culture being destroyed, read your ancient history. We are only looking at 3-6 generations after the fact, which is nothing when it comes to education and prosperity. Also, it is less than 50 years since 1964, which is an amazingly short period of time in context to the happenings of the time.
I'm not sure I said that, Racism is more prevalent on the white side, but that racism comes from unfounded ignorance inherited from ignorant sons of slave-owning ignorants. The black community on the other hand, needs to be viewed with finesse and understanding, fore they have always been the target of such ignorance, and as a result the education system is still broken in black communities.

That's interesting because China was starving to death by the millions at that time in the middle of the greatest famine of all time. They seem to have recovered pretty well in the same exact time period.
Are American blacks the most prosperous blacks in the world? What other country has black people at comparable levels of per capita income? With sufficient critical mass of blacks?
A different race does not make up the majority of the government in China, last I looked. And I'm not sure that the famine in China was the "greatest of all time". Regardless, completely different scenarios.
I'm not sure why that matters. A person is a person, and should be compared to all other people. Comparing wealth and prosperity by race, especially in the land of the free, is an anthropological fallacy.
