Until he is something in the NBA he is nothing. Right now he is great to admire and marvel at overseas but he should be shipped if someone wants him in the right deal. Unless they really like him and plan to have him replace someone in this lineup. Its just wasted talent overseas if he is not part of the future plans or moved for actual pieces to our lineup.

I will be very happy if he can develop the wrong foot fadeaway Dirk impression.

yeah whatever. His coach can say what he wants but Montiejunas has been itching to play here for 2 years. He likes the spotlight.

Ya, he'll be here next year. Don't know if he'll crack the rotation though. I hope he does but you never know.

A Raptors fan watching the Motiejunas-Valanciunas matchup was telling me that Donatas might have grown a few inches. Possibly to 7'1 or 7'2, I'm not sure if this true but he kept talking about how huge he looked now compared to how he did at the combine.

    Can anyone confirm this?

The only thing I know is that he measured a legit 7'0 'without shoes' at the sixers workout prior to the NBA Draft.

So at the very least he would be 7'1 with shoes on. Could be more depending on the shoe.

    7"2?

That is insanely tall for a power forward. Combined with his offensive skill set and quickness....

He is born in 1990, so it's not unfathomable for him to grow a couple of inches in the past year. Though I doubt he is 7"2 with shoes, that's insane.

the whole game is up on youtube. i cant find a boxscore cause i dont really know when this game took place. he doesnt look like bargnani since he posted people up. he just happens to shoot 3s. he was solid during the game. the only thing that stood out was his passing out of the post. he'll be a fine player

Well if he's a legit 7'0 without shoes then it certainly is plausible for someone of his age to have grown an inch over the year and is 7'2 with shoes. Either way this could be amazing.
