where's your assessment on where the Lakers fit in amongst that pack? losing 6th Man of The Year and Hall of Fame Coach, and "older than last year" certainly applies to a team that relies on Derek Fisher as a starter. Metta World Peace will be the anchor of the 2nd unit. those offseason pickups? ouch. 8th seed or bust till the day i die
You sir are blind. 0:08-0:10 the knee was unintentional but he clearly elbows him. Oh, and let's not forget the very "sportsmanlike" play of Derek Fisher here. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/A3O7vTDquPs" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A3O7vTDquPs
i think flops should later be reviewed by the league and then penalize the flopper. example: let teams file complaints with the league regarding a specific flop in a game (not at that moment of the flop but after the game is played) and send it to the league for review. let them decide if it is an obvious flop and note the flop in the players record. if a player gets 6 officially reviewed flops, fine him. 10, suspend him a game. something has to be done.
What happens when the favoritism of the league comes into play? The Lakers/Clippers/Heat/Knicks as well as superstars on any other team will never get called for flops even after review.

There is absolutely no excuse for a Laker fan to whine about flopping. If you were sincere about how "..it cheapens the game" and is "very unsportsmanlike" then you would have switched teams after watching Derek Fisher flop a minimum of 5 times a game. GreatHypocriteOne1978. PS. Chris Paul has always been a flopper.
Lakers flop just as much. w/ that said, am I the only one that thinks that Fisher knock on Scola was badass?
So if I play ball with you and i knock you down, thats okay? i mean thats rude, but its not unsportsmanlike right?
This is stupid. You're argument is backward. Hitting people out of frustration is unsportsmanlike. Flopping is, unfortunately, part of the game, mostly legal, and is smart to do. You may not like it - I don't - but it's not unsportsmanlike. It's smart defense... Until they change the rules. Stop b****ing.
This video is hilarious, look at the nicknames he gave em. Blake The Flake, Mo hits the Flo, Chris Fall, Floppy Randy Solomon Floppy Joe Jones. ahaha xD <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/LbDQII7PhW0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Mavs doing hack a Blake and it's working. Blake keeps missing free throws, 1/8 from the line, losing it for his team. CP3 seems hesitant to get him the ball in the post. Blake is just awful at the charity stripe.
Just hit his last 2 and got a big dunk. 1 pt game. Mavs should taken better advantage on offense while that was working.
This type of unrestrained trash is why I hardly watch the NBA anymore. They need to fix the rules. Until then, it's just a popularity contest on the court. Lame.
