    There are many amazing skylines in the world, but Hong Kong is simply stunning. About 30 years ago, the Connaught Center (3rd building to the left of the real tall round shaped skyline, is the tallest building in Asia. Now it looks like a dwarf out there.

    honestly, Houston's industrial complex along the port is much more stunning. the sheer amount of chemical plants and refineries as well as just other more tradtional port functions is amazing. driving from the ship channel bridge down 225 to the bay, miles of industry is amazing.
