Most of us know that governments run their courses. None are sustainable, no matter how hard anybody tries. So yes, you will get your day. And that day will be a full turn to socialism. So be it. Shift happens. BUT, until that day, I’m going to fight you and every liberal with every breath and might I have to ensure your day will be slow coming. And mc mark, we’ve given you this board. Why even post this besides attempting to cite the obvious? Do you truly believe in your heart not a single white person voted for McCain because he is white or voted for McCain just to not vote for a black person? How is what Jackson said any different? The upcoming election will have the same elements of voters choosing their candidate based on race. It isn't exclusive to a particular race.
Since you quoted him (I have him on ignore), I saw the post. Just remember that most Republicans aren't racist. They aren't fundamentalist Christians who think those who disagree with them are going to hell. They do want a social net of some kind for the poorest of the poor, if not for everyone who needs it. The hell of it all is that those Republicans, who I believe is a majority of that party, don't control the Republican Party. That's the problem, in my opinion. I know too many Republicans "in real life" who are not at all like the extremists who are currently running things. Yes, I disagree with them a lot over a lot of issues, but they aren't extremists. We simply don't agree. Esteban falls into the extremist category. The "real" Republicans need to take back their party.

Is that the best that you can do calling people racist? Herman Cain got my vote until he was taken down, I'm a big of fan of Col West. The last time I checked their color is the polar opposite of mine(note to self:you're getting a little pale, time for a visit to the tanning salon). We all know what is going on here, it's an ideology war and not a skin color one. You lefties only support your chosen black man but not the one who left the plantation. And why do I have to take a group of black voters seriously when 99% of them will vote Democrat and the people that look like them?
