I know! I started watching Comic Book Men for the same reason, then when the commercials came on I switched the channel and I missed out. Maybe this is a turning point for Rick?
Dale is such a douche. He thinks he's so valuable because he's old and pervs on everyone with his binoculars. I hope Shane shoots him the face.
Spoiler Interesting that Rick shot both of the guys in the head. In fact he shot the fat guy in the head after shooting him in the chest. Very good defining moment for him though.
I didn't realize it resumed tonight... looks like it's replaying now and again at 11:30 so I'll catch it then. I've been disappointed with the season so far, but the ending of the last episode was intriguing. I was ruined by Breaking Bad though.
olive oil is worthless. gives rick a speech about going off and leaving his boy behind because he's turning cold inside. how is preventing rick from showing humanity and going after someone going to help that. then she goes off and leaves carl parentless on the farm. and she cant drive to boot. worthless.
Comparing other dramas to Breaking Bad or The Wire will always leave you disappointed. EDIT: WOW. Did not see that ending coming.
haha i chuckled a bit at the olive oil line. what a great name for her. agree completely though she gives rick some speech then does something even worse. liked daryl telling her to go **** off.
OK this episode actually made me angry at this show for the first time. The wife driving off was so stupid. It made no sense that she was asking Daryl to go round up her husband and Herschel. It wasn't like they were off on a personal date, Rick was tracking down Hershel! Such a contrived way to create a storyline.
Yea I was pissed too. It makes me mad at how dumb characters can be. Drrrr you've never ventured into town or been off on your own before, I would imagine you would study the map pretty hard before you get in your car not while your driving 55 mph. If only that had been Dale, then I would be elated. Now the second half of season 2 is going to be a repeat of the first half except the wife's name will now replace Sophia's name in the script.
Michael Raymond James is a better actor than the rest of the show put together, and they kill him off in five minutes, smh
I liked it when Asian kid's gun was pointed up as he was kissing farmer girl and drooped down when he walked to the truck.
Spoiler He shot them in the head so they couldn't possibly return as walkers. Seems like common sense behavior given the situation.
I love this show. It's supposed to have bad acting. And I loved Rick's speech to Herschel in the bar about how nothing's really changed; how they'll die whether for the walkers or not. It's always good for a surprise or something though. It's like a great horror soap opera. If Shane and Dale would just kill each other I would not complain though. They both bug the **** out of me. Herschel is probably my favorite character.
