Should leave the bench the way they are now, dont want to mess up their groove, they are ballin right now.

I'm really not in favor of this move. However what do you guys think about to bringing Martin off the bench. He could be our version off Terry, competing against lesser competition, & our starting five could use the bolster on the defensive end (the high majority of the complaining against Martin). Although I feel his a competent defender, he is injured at the moment, & I just don't feel its the best move for Martin it could be the best interest of the team production wise though it seems quite logical. At the end of the day he will most likely stay the starting sg for this squad. (I'm really just probing solid dialogue & being objective)

Major drawback is that could possibly over-inflate Lee's contract going into next year, but if he was going to leave us for a starting job, he already would have it here. There is nothing but benefits for Martin besides maybe his psyche. I truly feel, know & believe that McHale could get it the most production out of the situation though.

This is a team sport. Martin was carrying team offensively the week before his slump, so now other guys have stepped up their game. Kinda like what' going on with the Lin's Knicks. This will make team even better especially once Martin feels better.

I've been a proponent of trading Martin since the offseason. But, this is a legit injury. It's going to nag on for another month before healing. It is definitely effecting his game.

I don't hate lin, but he is talked about in every thread of this board that i'm starting to get sick of him. I hope he fails, I know that's bad to say but even for a little while if that will keep his name out of every post. now that I gotten that out of the way.

This little period is showing a new side of bud that I love. If he keeps this up we really won't need martin and can trade him. I have been really high on martin but we can handle his position we need bogut or love, to fortify the center and power forward position.

Glad the bench is stepping up.

The combined efforts of Lee, Dragic, Bud, Pat and Hill are really making up for Martin's absence.

It's really not that far fetched for me to want someone on an opposing team to fail. whats sick is people wanting him to succeed because he is the same race as they are, even though he is not on our team. it's really sad.

Of course we're winning without Martin. When has Martin ever made a team won?

    What's sick is your signature.

Unless it refers to something else, are you really a Clippers fan?

He was helping us "won" until he was recently injured.

Yes, he is sick of all the threads in the GARM being about a player who is no longer on this team. It's ridiculous how Rocket fans are clamoring for a Knicks player. Do we not all want them to lose? Think about it.

Reminds me of NFL, not for long. We need his scoring and it will return.

Because if Lin helps the Knicks win it hurts the Rockets in the 2012 draft. That everybody says is loaded 1-15.

    Is that sick?

Come on Clippers fan! Think about it. If he does well, our top 5 protected pick won't be so good now will it?
You can't expect that people are just mean and nasty for no reason. It has nothing to do with not liking Lin. I actually do like Lin as a player and am very happy that he is getting the recognition. A better pick is what i want.
BTW, aren't you on the wrong forum?

No it isn't. The play of the Knicks this year directly correlates to the Rockets future. Nothing against Lin, but he does play for the Knicks. Therefore, I question the fanhood of anyone rooting for Lin.

Pretty much. That's his deal and he never makes winning plays of a winning shot.

I am all for Lin enjoying his moment. Just not at the expense of our 1st round pick.
