Adelman just like any other coach in the NBA goes with the PnR to close out games. He didn't do that with Brooks because Brooks tried but couldn't and asked Adelman if he could iso instead.
Hell yess, annd denver lost tonight!! mann imagine if we would of won those 2 games against the twolves we'd be 18 an 9 tied for 2nd in the west... on the bright side we still have a better record than the lakers, i wonder for how long we can keep it like that.
Hollinger has us up to 5th in his predictor with a projected 38 wins on the season. 77.7% chance of making the playoffs now!
0-7 wouldn't be far fetched too. With GS the Rockets are catching another bad team in somewhat good form. The next seven games will be tough.
That's a pretty brutal schedule. Only GS would be considered weak and they can give anyone trouble any night.
Look at the box score for this game, complete opposite from Pho's All of our playing reserves had double digits in points and only one for Phoenix. The minutes are balanced beautifully, good job by McHale
I need my shades......Future looks very bright We have the deepest pool of quality NBA players in the league right now! We don't have a top 15 player, but we have a solid starting 5, and the best bench in basketball. Terrence Williams and Flynn are DNP's every night, and still have decent trade value. We have another rookie lottery pick in the minors, and our most talented prospect is still playing overseas! Oh ya, we have 2 1st and 2nd round picks in the deepest draft in a decade! Future looks very bright, we have the peices to make huge noise in the trade market, or really move up in the draft and grab a future star and still be very very deep! I'm starting to get a good feeling agian about my Rockets. For the first time since TMac was in his prime. Many of our bench players trade value is steadily increases. BIG TRADES ARE COMING!!
Its probably a little something like this: Good chance of winning: 1. GS 2. Memphis 3. Memphis Toss ups: 1. Minny 2. Utah Good chance of losing: 1. OKC 2. Philly We'll go 3-4 if we're mediocre, 5-2 if we're above average and 7-0 if we're building on something special.
Hope 2 days off will get our starting lineup back to form. Everyone except Kyle looks like they are on a morphine drip
What's with all these people predicting a loss to the j*zz at home? Come on, we all know they're awful away from Mormon country and their early record was heavily home-biased. Memphis hasn't been playing well lately either, could see us taking both of those.
Proud of this Rockets bench. They played unbelievably well the last two games (check the +/-). One thing: Dally and especially Martin should be embarrassed for their no-showsl. They are playing worse than 3rd stringers out there.
