I recently watched: Reservoir Dogs and Flatliners Great movies that I'm not sure how seemed to miss. What say you?
Yup. That one scene where he rolls up to the mechanic shop with his boys, threatens the owner, and leaves with two pit puppies was totally r****ded.
Didn't see The Godfather and Goodfellas until last year, had just never gotten around to it for some reason.
Didn't see it until about 4 years ago. And didn't see Sling Blade until about 8 months ago. Now, they're both planted firmly in my top 10 favorite movies.
JFK came out when I was in junior high; very glad I waited until college to see it for two reasons: 1) Could fully appreciate Jack Lemmon, Ed Asner, Sissy Spacek, Joe Pesci, Tommy Lee Jones, Gary Oldman, Kevin Bacon, Donald Sutherland, John Candy, Bob Hoskins, Walter Matthau, Larry Hagman and Jay Sanders on the same piece of film. People, this is how you make a goddang movie. You don't need anyone else, at all. That's the whole list of people you need. That's it, right there. 2) Remembered just enough from sixth grade history and the "Oswald" entry in the family World Book set to know it was a phony piece of crap.
Probably the most acting Michael Douglas II has done his entire career. No disrespect but dude just downshifted somewhere in the '90s.
