Alarm goes off at 4:00 am. I hit snooze some days. I sometimes eat breakfast at home, sometimes I'll grab something on the way to work. I walk the dogs, feed the dogs, shower, shave, sometimes I can stretch and work out. I get to work about 6:00 AM.

I usually hit the bed about 9:00 and am asleep by 9:30. Those are the weekdays.

When I go to be d can vary a lot. It can be anywhere from 8:30 - 12:30. When I get up can vary from 3:50 am - 4:40 am.

I don't get a lot of sleep during the week. I try to get some more on weekends.

It depends on the semester and what teaching schedule I get; this semester I get up at 7 on Monday/Wednesday and 8 on Tuesday/Thursday/Friday. Schedule an office hour for my first hour before class so I can wake up/ eat breakfast then. That's what I'm doing right this minute. I go to bed sometime between 12 and 1. Showers at night. I am not a morning person. This school offers 7:30 a.m. classes; thank goodness we have other people here who like to teach them.

I try to get 7 hours of sleep or close to it. Some days I can come home and take a nap in the afternoon so I know if I don't get enough sleep it won't be a big deal. I used to get a lot less, but feel overall healthier when I'm sleeping decently. And, being pregnant, it feels really weird if I'm behind on my sleep. (also, thinking about everything I hear about babies, and storing up sleep now that I won't get in the next few years)

Haha, my fault. I took it as the other four letter word. The weekend thing is if you're lucky, at least by my accounts.

Is it weird to sh** after you take a shower. It's not my intention but sometimes it just hits me after I step out, I always feel like jumping right back in but know there will be no way I will want to get out, again.

I wake up usually around 6:30 and go to sleep around midnight. As I am getting older I am going to sleep earlier when a few years ago I used to go to sleep at 1AM and wake up at 7.

My morning routine is usually get up and get a cup of strong tea. I then check email, surf the internet, or do some work until about 8. I then work out for 15 min. eat breakfast, shower and shave and then back to work or something else depending on how busy I am. I work mostly at home but obviously change it if I have AM meetings or am working at a client's site or office.

Depends on my work schedule. I work all hours of the day, so you never know. Currently (for the next week or so), I'm working evenings, so I've been going to bed around midnight, and waking up anywhere from 5:45 to 11 and lazing around until I go to work.

In July, my schedule should get a bit more regular, as I'll probably be going to school for 40 hours a week and working around 40 hours a week. Less sleep, though.

On weeknights when I don't have a gig....

    Up at 3:30 AM
At the gym at 4 AM
    Home at 5:15 AM
On the road at 6:45 AM
In the office at 7:15 AM

I am in bed by 9:30 at night to make this happen.....I average 6 hours of sleep per night. On the weekends, when I know I can sleep in, I take a couple of sleeping pills before I go to bed to make sure it happens.

    8:00 A.M. - wake up

8:10 A.M. - take my morning dump (Don't know why, but everyday I have woken up for the past three years, I have to take a dump in the morning. I try not to eat at night too)

    8:30 A.M. - shower

    9:00 A.M. - eat breakfast

    9:30 A.M. - commute to work

    10:00 A.M - Arrive at work.

I usually go to bed around midnight or later depending on my how my projects are doing.
