He is 6-3. He isn't some small point guard. He doesn't have VC hops but I am sure he has 28-30in vertical.
tonight was the first game i watched of lins... in addition to what everyone has said about his skills....the thing that stood out the most to me was how his teammates immediately pass the ball back to him if there is no open shot. i barely saw any one-on-one plays by any other knicks player. it was really weird...its as if hes gotten their trust completely after 2 games. either that or theyre just that bad at making plays for themselves.
Doing a rough eyeballing of his head height in shoes relative to rim, about mid 30s, and with the ball in his hand off a dribble, you normally lose some inches. He could probably get closer to 40 fresh and off a run. Although he does need a far run up
dudes a scrub...was only ranked 4th best asian baller on this asianballer site http://asianballers.net/id116.html
Yeah his wingspans 6'5 and his standing reach is 8'2. He needs at least a 29" running vert to just dunk so I'd guesstimate between 34-38 inches as well
This is from 2009,man when Lin was still 6 foot 2. Counter: http://insider.espn.go.com/nba/holl.../insider.espn.go.com/nba/hollinger/statistics PER 26.8 offensive output behind Lebron for the second best production
He is making Amare and Melo look like the selfish, overpaid, prima donnas they are......dang you Jeremy Lin !!! DD
I guess they are all tired of the Blackhole-led offense. Everybody is happy they now have a guy who sets up his teammates.
Can we merge some of these threads on Lin?? Currently there are 5 threads about him on the hot topics page. That being said, dude is putting my fantasy team on his back this week.
