How long do you wait for a girl to respond to a text message before you give up?

showing up at a girls doorstep, that you barely know, with flowers and soup seems a bit creepy. this isn't a jenny from the block movie.

 

boy (trying to get rid of) yall are really screwing this kids chances if he listens to this.

interest was shown 3 times already: first, he got her REAL number. second, he got her to agree to a date. third, she text'd him back in the first place: sure it was to provide an excuse. But it was still an acknowledgement that she felt she NEEDED to give that excuse.

yall are crazy.

 

Realist, do this...if you like being friendzoned or restraining orders.

 

When a women is genuinely interested in dating you, you know. Period. When she needs to raincheck, she propose a specific date & time. When you text, she texts right back. When you call, she calls right back. You hear it in her voice. You don't wonder.

This may not be a lost cause but IMHO, it sounds like he is far more interested in her than she is him.

i dunno, i get really tired of a girl quick if she is at my beck n call. desperate girls my do this i suppose, they are just like desperate guys. they are just happy to be in the conversation.

most girls however know better than to text right away, or be too available. like i said, i go by one rule in dating: that a girl doesn't continually make you apart of her life if there isn't some interest there.

and like i also said, most girls get hit on every day multiple times, so the fact that she gave YOU out of the hundreds of guys her phone number shows genuine interest.

all this nonsense about who's more interested in the other is just that nonsense.

 

Then have it sent to her......there are lots of ways to show you care etc.

Just don't be afraid of rejection, or follow the 2 day rule, or anything like that, be yourself, have fun, if it is meant to be it will happen, if not, so what, move on to the next fish in the sea.

Realist, how do you know this girl? what was the situation when you got her number? is she a friend of a friend?

 

why are you showing you care? you don't know her? this is the point. caring about somebody is something you have to develop in conjunction with the girl's participation, not something you develop alone in your room thinking about her. that's creepy.

 

have you asked "when u gonna let me tap that?" yet?

 

It is not creepy if she said she was sick, if you simply send over some flowers or a get well card, or some soup, it shows compassion for another human being.

If you think going over there is creepy because she has not told you where she lives, then fine, but sending something when someone is sick is an act of kindness, which sometimes gets you in there.

Sounds like you're wasting your time. I'd try to talk to one of her friends if I was you ha. Not sure how old you are so I don't want to give you advice but I've been the dumbest with girls ever, made every mistake in the book. I've been the biggest pushover b**** but my dad gave me advice 3 years ago

If a girl isn't trying hard to hard hang out with you, you are wasting your time. When you are suppose to be with someone it will happen. They will do anything to be around you, shouldn't be a game.
