I agree with this. The point is Flynn is useless as a asset. Even if thats the debate people want to make. If Lin was as good as some people think he will turn out to be then we have the ability to move our top valuable person on the roster.,Kyle Lowry to get whatever we want in a trade for a possible Superstar. The reason being is we would could have Linn and Dragic to be the starter and backups if thet needed to happen. So Flynn? Garbage and cant move Lowry under most scenarios. Lin? Not garbage and we could have used Lowry and Scola in some mega trade.
Not necessarily. Dragic was almost traded away before the season started. Besides possible PG injuries, if a right deal comes and one of our PG get shipped out, we'd be crying out loud for a serviceable backup PG without going over salary cap. And there aren't many good ones out there.
