    huh? should seeing this guy's face makes me completely re-evaluate my position?


    Still, I'm leaning towards DD on this one. I wouldn't necessarily say a thief deserves to be killed. I just think someone being robbed deserves the right to defend themselves and sometimes use drastic measures.

    You wouldn't?

    A skinny 140 lb Guy you might hold back your attack.

    If you hold back against A 220lb 6' Guy w chiseled muscles, you won't live if he connects on an attack.

    No, I wouldn't be able to tell the guy's height, weight, and build from a picture of his face.

    And, I'd probably live if an unarmed man attacked me...assuming he wasn't a professional fighter.

    He's big and strong or maybe dumb enough to start a physical confrontation w 2 guys.

    A punch may not kill you but the fall and hitting your heah om the ground can.

    PS high-school wrestlers aren't pro fighter either and he happened to take out the attacker. Why is it not possible for the attacker to take you out?
