    Finally -- I was wondering if they were ever going to get through with all the legal BS.

    Side note: Lance Armstrong will not face federal doping charges.

    Makes you appreciate Armstrong that much more! Capable of out-cheating the other cheaters and elusive enough to not get caught (unlike his competitors.)
