Im having a tough time believing this thread is real...What are you like 12 years old? Just go to the DPS website and itll tell you what to bring.. DPS line will always suck..just go and deal with it..you couldve googled all of this in 5 minutes instead of making a thread.... kids these days...

My Dad lost his wallet at age 62. He had to order a birth certificate. When it arrived, he was Johnnie instead of Johnny. Plus he thought he had a middle name, but he doesn't. DPS and SS office would not give him documents with the old info. Now he has two identities.

 

They give you a temp paper license at the dps then mail you the actual license.
