I think whoever stopped going to the game to make us 29th in attendance already agreed with me. So good luck proving me wrong.
Dude, it was Les that stepped in and made Morey sign Dalembert. If not we would have Jordan freakin Hill as the starting center. If that doesn't scream tank job I dont know what does. Morey said in an interview 2 years ago that the 2012 draft is the one they would like to aquire a top draft pick in because they believe the talent in the top 10 will have multiple stars. It seems to me that Morey had this year setup as a transition year unless they could aquire a star/stars(enter Gasol trade) that allowed them to compete sooner rather than later. Your right that the home attendance has gotten the attention of Les. Trust me when I say that changes are coming and Scola WILL BE TRADED. Most likely this March if they can find a deal. Not sure why you think they dont share your frustration????
How many time would you like it to be explained in one thread. Let me simplify it for you; since it seems you have a difficult time comprehending it. Morey traded Scola in a deal for Gasol. The deal was blocked by Stern. None of the GMs involved in the trade could do anything about it. What's irrational is that you fail to see the stupidity of your statements and peg everyone calling you out on it as a fan of a GM. A fan of someone who nobody here heard of before he joined the Rockets. I assure you that's not it. It's just that we're not morons. It's perfectly okay to critique Morey's moves. However your response to the blocked Gasol deal, that "Morey failed again", can only be described as idiotic.
It was blocked. It was a failure. It didnt happen. Successful trade happens. No matter how you try to explain it in the alternate universe you live where blocked trades are successes. Moreys fault? No. A failure? Yes.
It seems to me you were criticizing Morey over something you admit was not his fault. That can't be. What kind of stupid person would... oh wait. Learn to comprehend basic logic and then reread your posts in this thread.
I think they shoudl have traded him before end of his last deal, but he was sold at a high point in the offseason until Emperor David rewrote history.
He failed. Get over it. You can twist whatever logic you want. I am onto defending Scola now. The trade was a failure. Among many others of Morey I stated earlier. Which I said added to his record of failures. If you cant get that? I really do not care what your next comment is. Trying to call me out as a troll has significantly lowered my opinion of you anyways. Try to talk to someone else.
Wow. I don't think I can get through to you. It seems you are explaining the situation to yourself but you can't actually comprehend it. You being a troll has significantly lowered my opinion of you. Try changing that.
You calling me a troll has actually moved me to ignore you. Good luck getting me to view your next comment. I have no respect for people who try to win arguments by calling names to begin their argument because they have no intelligence to refute the facts.
When Morey is fired. Try not to be shocked. Of course it may take one more offseason without moves to upgrade the roster. He has this draft and trade deadline to impress Les Alexander who likes to also make money if he isnt winning enough.
I have no respect for those who ignore logic even after admitting they understand the facts. You're refuting simple facts that you even admit to. "It's not Morey's fault but he failed." Brilliant. Accusations of name calling while accusing others of making stupid statements and being "insane morey crazy fans." Seems to just be confirmation that you are indeed a troll.
You fail to realize that it is not Morey's FAULT that a trade was vetoed, thus we will not count it as a negative against him. You're right, it was a failure, and therefore cannot be counted as a success, but you can't hold it against him and say that he held onto Scola for too long. Also, you can't possibly compare us to the Timberwolves. Before this season, can you tell me how long it has been since they were relevant? Or even in the playoffs for that matter? They rebuilt through the draft (Rubio was a #1 pick). Something that Les Alexander has REFUSED to allow Morey to do, even though that's what Morey has stated is the best.
You started off with names you get the same respect back. No respect for you as a poster. It doenst matter as you will be forgotten long before I will. I tend to have a longer presence than some of you guys who show up only sporadically a year apart from posts.
Let me ask you a question. Here's the scenario. You have been saving for awhile to buy a new car and after while you finally have enough money to buy it. The day after you buy it the car gets stolen. Did you successfully save enough money to buy the car even though you don't have it anymore? Going by your logic in this thread, in this scenario you failed to buy the car. Hopefully you see how ridiculous you look now.
I guess I'm not on your ignore lists. Maybe you just can't figure it out. Except you said this before I even posted in this thread. Time stamps too difficult? English apparently is. I doubt it. Trolls don't last long here.
